By accessing, browsing, or using the kb44 platform in any capacity — including as a guest visitor or as a registered account holder — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation. These Terms take effect immediately upon your first access to kb44.bar or any subdomain or affiliated service operated by kb44.

These Terms are supplemented by the kb44 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the binding agreement between you and kb44. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

To register and maintain an active account on kb44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are a natural person and are registering solely on your own behalf.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by kb44 or by your own request.
• You have not previously had a kb44 account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

Acceptable documents for identity verification include, but are not limited to:

Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC verification is complete. kb44 will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to provide requested verification documents within 14 calendar days of the request may result in suspension of the affected account.

All transactions on the kb44 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following financial terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank transfers. Deposits made via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad) are credited to your kb44 wallet in real time upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect depending on the processing time of the sending institution.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to payment method availability. Withdrawal conditions: Players must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. Any active bonus funds must have their associated wagering requirements fulfilled before the bonus-derived portion of a balance can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits that have not been used to place at least one qualifying wager may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal.

kb44 does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

In the event that an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed as scheduled, kb44 will apply the settlement rules published for that market type. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to network connectivity and market availability; kb44 is not liable for any bets that could not be placed due to connectivity issues on the player's side.

• You request voluntary self-exclusion or account closure.
• kb44 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
